It IS mailman. It doesn't notice when someone else has added a MIME- 
Version under certain conditions.

My *client* may have been my Pre going through Zimbra on that one  
(with Zimbra running on RHEL), but the mailing list is on Mailman on  
Lenny.

Again, this is a known issue, and it's not the end of the world.  For  
those who think it IS... well, the exit is thataway. :-)
