No. It's not checked unless somebody contacts us.

Then you will be listed in bogusmx (and in dsn, abuse & postmaster if
that's your ONLY MX entry).

Yes.

Unless you recheck your own entry, yes. Bogusmx is an exception, since
that test can run fully automated.
voegol.com.br is completely misconfigured - still.
