[RFCI-Discuss] Problem resolving dsn.rfc-ignorant.org last couple days

The tudelft.nl servers appear to be non-responsive. I've removed them  
from the zone delegation in the root zone, and they'll come out of the  
zonefiles themselves... well, actually, MAYBE they came out 30 seconds  
ago... depends on if I committed the change to the zone-generation  
config file in time. If not, they'll come out at the midnight EDT  
generation.
