[RFCI-Discuss] postmasters that reject spam reports?

Hi.  Are postmasters allowed to reject spam?  In reference to 
"Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-\'Classified as 
spam (score 15.5)\' (delivery attempts: 0)" as evidenced in our submission 
at 
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/detail.php?domain=attractsoft.com&submitted=1233869520&table=postmaster , 
we do not consider rejection of spam reports to be an allowed exception per 
postmaster.rfc-ignorant.org listing policy at 
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/policy-postmaster.php (nor do we consider 
bouncing of spam reports to be such an exception).  Please reverse the 
rejection of our submission and clarify the policy.
