Actually you don't even have to submit a ticket to fix bogusmx listings:
just fix your MX records, then lookup your domain on the RFCI website.

When the "bogusmx" listing appears, select the "bogusmx" link and the domain
MX
records will be re-checked on the spot and the domain unlisted right away...
unless your MX records are still bogus of course :-)
