This is called "Hoop jumping"

the RFCs are quite clear that a WHOIS server must be provided and ICANN
has been forcing registrars in gTLDs to provide these.

Which is why those ccTLDs are listed as RFC-ignorant.

Get the registrars to implement WORKING, RFC-compliant WHOIS servers.
