There is no whois entry for "co.uk". There is especially no whois  
entry for "co.uk" that says it is a corporate registration.

Where WHOIS entries make it clear that it is a geographical delimiter,  
we have always put exceptions in the codebase to deal with them.  
However, it is not up to me -- or any independent third-party -- to  
somehow know the intricacies of the PL ccTLD management heirarchy. It  
is up to them to communicate it to the world via the WHOIS data.
