Change ISPs?
We're talking about a mail server. It doesn't HAVE to be "right next
to you". *YOU* can be in $COUNTRY{x} while your mail server is in
$COUNTRY{y} with little or no difficulty.
So if all the ISPs in $COUNTRY{x} suck, or charge ridiculous sums of
cash for basic functions like working rDNS, locate your mail server in
$COUNTRY{y}.
