$25USD is a _lot_ of money in many countries. and even in Europe, that's 
too much for a DNS record. I only hope that this won't become a practice 
here! (we are still left with mobile operators charging arbitrary 
amounts, but hoping for "real" competition to stop this).

Jeff: don't these ISPs provide a (free) mail relay for said customers? 
(I am only hoping the ISP servers themselves are correctly configured!)
