[RFCI-Discuss] no info on how to be removed from blacklist

THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR HELP!  I'M TRULY GRATEFUL.

It is all fixed now.  As best as I can tell, getting the PTR set right
did the trick.  I didn't know what PTR even was before yesterday,
haha.
