You need to check every domain, but then again the RBL works by
domain, so if you are having problems sending from multiple domains,
it can not be an rfc-ignorant issue.
If you say the block is by IP address, the issue is not in
rfc-ignorant. What could help is if you posted the complete bounce
message you or your users are getting mail.
I agree that the rfc-ignorant.org site isn't the most
information-packed site, but if you understand mailserver
administration and read through the few pages there are, it should be
very clear what rfc-ignorant is and how it works.
