Hi,
My wild guess is that as long as you make it really clear and obvious
that you are refusing email because the sender's specific IP address is listed
on backscatterer.org in the SMTP error code your server returns
(instead of an SMTP error code that could make people think you're refusing
the transaction only because the sender is <>, or wouldn't provide any
more clues)
then you should be fine...
