Hi, you probably know that the RFCI zones contain "example.tld"
test records, e.g. `host example.tld.whois.rfc-ignorant.org`.
So far <http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-irtf-asrg-dnsbl> only
mentions "2.0.0.127" test records for DNSBLs, not impossible
for RHSBLs, but somewhat clumsy.
In theory ICANN could create a TLD tld, after all they already
created a TLD tel. IOW "example.tld" isn't reserved, and RFCI
could support test entries "test" (reserved in RFC 2606).
The DNSBL draft moves with glacial speed, if RFCI and another
RHSBL or URIBL start to support "test" it might be possible to
add it to the draft before it's approved as RFC.
