Ugh... apparently ICANN's postmaster fixed it on a
Sunday.  I got 11 "relaying denied" the day before
yesterday.  

Now I'm forced to modify my planned abuse.net test ;-)

Yeah, but RFC 2821 intentionally doesn't allow domains
without dot in its syntax, e.g. abuse at xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba
isn't supposed to work, no matter what the RFCI "abuse"
rules say about zone cuts.

There's no whois server for xn--mgbh0fb.xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba,
that's what I want to submit using the RFCI Web form.  It's
only a part of the IDN test, there's nothing wrong with the
test domains at ICANN / IANA, they just happen to qualify
as "listable" in the RFCI whois zone.
