Based on how it's delegated in DNS, xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba is the
domain, not xn--mgbh0fb.xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba.
xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba has a whois record at whois.iana.org, aside
from the contacts having no name it looks valid to me.
