Hi, when I tried to submit xn--mgbh0fb.xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba
to the abuse zone the Web interface claimed that this
doesn't look like a domain.  But it is, for an example
see <http://xn--mgbh0fb.xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba>, for details
about the IDN TLD test compare <http://idn.icann.org>
and <http://beta.iana.org/domains/idn-test/>.

My "rxwhois" client had a similar bug, it tried to parse
xn--hgbk6aj7f53bba as NIC handle instead of sending it as
TLD query to whois.iana.org

I'd like to submit the 11 IDN "example.test" domains (not
the corresponding TLDs) to the abuse and the whois zones.
