this is FAIL, not SOFTFAIL. SOFTFAIL and FAIL are not the same.
There's no RFC about whoever not sending mail with from address set to
particular domains. Yes, SPF instructs MTA's to reject mail if it doesn't
pass but applying it at SMTP is often different from aplying it at inject
level...
