Just to be clear: Would you allow the old protectfly.com situation
where no human is involved, but just an answering machine that doesn't take
messages (i.e. one-way only)? And I assume that all protectfly domains using
the +1.9737362545 telephone number (as well as unifiednames.com) are currently
listable because calling the telephone number today, from any telephone, at
least the 4 I tried from, gives a message that "the telephone number you are
calling from has been disconnected" (yes, not that theirs has been - and no,
none of the telephone numbers I called from has been disconnected), so the
specified telephone number can not be used to reach anyone - the registrant
or any other person/organization.

Also, is the requirement that any or all contact information must
reach the registrant? It seems that the data listed should reach the party
it is specified for: In your own example (which is very real), if a company
has farmed-out operation of a network or even just a web site, it seems that
the technical contact information may not need to contain anything related
to the registrant at all - e.g. when the hosting company is the technical
contact for the domain. I *can* accept that any communication that does
reach the registrant meets any RFC requirement, because by definition, the
registrant can always make any appropriate decision to redirect the message;
I just want to be clear on the point that "reaching the registrant" would be
a sufficient, but not necessary condition (otherwise we fall down the path
that some of the data may be invalid, but other parts may not, and strictly
following RFC3912 we get nothing but an email for contacts other than the
registrant, and this being invalid leaves no data that can be relied upon).
