Fro the point of view of invalid contact data, it is hard to argue
that details for the domain anonymisers are invalid from an RFC point of
view. Most of these organisations are deliberately setup to operate
just within the letter (if not the spirit) of the RFCs

If someone was to setup a RHSBL of domains registered via anonymisers
I'd use it in a flash. They're just too prone to abusive registrations.
