Yes -- I've submitted successfully such cases before.

Just make sure that it is fairly obvious (like in this case) that you wrote
to abuse at ...

In some cases, you only get back a DSN stating
<administrator at domain>: not found

and if it's not obvious that you indeed wrote to abuse at ...
(instead of administrator at ... or whatever this ends up being forwarded to)
your submission will probably get rejected.
