I think the issue was that the *original* message had multiple
recipients, e.g., abuse at DOMAIN_ONE, abuse at DOMAIN_TWO, and that a failure
for a 'non-abuse' address would be unclear which of the multiple
recipients caused the failure.
As I pointed out, it's fairly easy -- with a little sleuthing -- to
figure it out in the case-in-point, but certainly the principle is
valid, that if it was sent to multiple people, you need to show WHICH of
the original recipients generated the bounce.
That said, while I was defending the fact that it "could be listed" for
such criteria, another person marked it for removal. It probably could
be re-submitted with someone only sending to ONE recipient as opposed to
many.
