The evidence includes the headers of the messages as it traversed 
through upc.cz's mail system, and it's clear that there is no overlap 
between the various recipients' mail systems:

$ dig +short upc.cz mx
10 ms.upc.cz.

$ dig +short ein.cz mx
20 ipdg4.ipdgroup.com.
10 mail.ein.cz.

$ dig +short dkm.cz mx
100 mail2.dkm.cz.
10 mx.dkm.cz.

So it seems "clear enough". It's not as though there were multiple 
recipients inside upc.cz.

This one appears to have already been corrected.
