[RFCI-Discuss] listing of upc.cz and bigpond.com

Hello,

I noticed that upc.cz and bigpond.com are listed in rfc-ignorant list,
altnough none of listings is imho sufficient according to listing policy

upc.cz is listed in abuse because mail returned, although the mail does not
clearly say that it's abuse address that failed:

bigpond.com is listed in abuse, because mail returned, however the message
says that it's sender rejection because of blacklisting.

Can anyone confirm/deny this?
