And selective refusal is not RFC-violating, therefore not RFC-ignorant.

Wandaoo have been having their network connectivity slowly decrease
for quite a while. They maintain they're too big to block, but so did
UUnet.

One of their responses to being DNSBL listed was to buy the hosting
company and shut the DNSBL down. Others include having various "users"
show up on lists to whine loudly about being "innocent victims"

There have been threats made against various other DNSBLs.
