Other forms of damage are covered by regular law enforcement structures
with non-zero effect. Also in difference from regular spammer's activity.

I believe, this "419" feci does not deserve so much attention. Let them
play, it is not our problem. The maximal action is to report
abuse at Yahoo, and they will close the scammer's contact. Or, possibly,
forward it to FBI guys for proper damage control :-)
