Yes, go for it.

The reason it keeps getting removed, obviously, is that they pass the  
tester (as evidenced by the "autohash" removal... that means they  
clicked on a removal link we sent them).  What this tells me is that  
they have a static block for *you*, but that their error message for  
it sucks.

So until they clean up their error message, this is the game we'll  
probably end up playing...
