[RFCI-Discuss] Resubmitting a removed domain

The below abuse at polsl.pl has been submitted twice, listed twice and removed 
twice. I received the below today:

 postmaster at polsl.pl
    SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
    host poczta.polsl.pl [157.158.3.13]: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not 
taken:
    message refused
  abuse at polsl.pl
    SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data:
    host poczta.polsl.pl [157.158.3.13]: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not 
taken:
    message refused

Is there any point in resubmitting it?
