You're wrong about that.  It is a greylisting SMTP server with
tarpitting for blacklisted entities.  Admittedly, the initial
exchange does give the appearance of being a tarpit.

It's good they were rejected.

To the best of my knowledge, greylisting does not violate RFCs.  Am I
wrong about this?
