[RFCI-Discuss] Bulgarian whois server

[Administrative Account]

	For ".bg" domains, the server whois.register.bg seems to still be
unknown to IANA (http://www.iana.org/root-whois/bg.htm), but does appear
to function for most of what I've tried.  It does lack any REGISTRY SECTION
for the data returned.  So this isn't sufficient to remove the "whois" listing
for the "bg" TLD, but may be useful to someone else.
