[RFCI-Discuss] many domains reject dsn/pm/abuse per local policy

While we are after maximizing the database size (-;), shouldn't domains
that reject mail with
    sender=<>
and
    rcpt=<postmaster>
based on an RBL (including DUL lists and rfci) be listed in dsn and
postmaster sections? (similar thing for abuse).
After all, anybody can reject dsn/pm/abuse and claim "you are listed on
our private BL".

In short, I see no fundamental difference between:

MAIL FROM:<>
5xx rejected because of dul.example.org

and

MAIL FROM:<>
5xx rejected because your are listed in bl.local.example
