"Preliminary task force report on the purpose of Whois and
of the Whois contacts"
I note that it is focused on gTLD whois and thus really has no direct
consequence for ip registries whois, but it may still be of interest
for when we talk on whois and privacy policies at ARIN. So if you have
time (and its is a very large document) you may want to take a look.
