Who did $VICTIM speak to? Was he/she given a runaround?

Why didn't victom just 5xx refuse all messages from AOL's servers?

#1 is a deadly serious question and would be even better if backed up
with a mail trail (or notes from phone calls)

There have been smilar reports recently and when I've spoken to the
_real_ people at AOL who can and do block forgery bounces(*) whacking
victims, they've not had th ecase referred to them and there's no record
of the complaint - clearly some heads need to roll, however finding
those heads is the hard part

(*) AOL _are_ working on preventing them happening at all,
it's already down 95+% on what it used to be.

Other discussions on merits of listing should be discussed
in another thread fork.
