Because you want the PTR record to point at a host name, and
smtp.163.split.netease.com is not a host name.
Remember: I had to guess smtp.163.split.netease.com is a name you
use to reach five hosts (I was assuming some round robin technique).
If that guess isn't accurate, my statements isn't as well.

Anyway, this is not the RFCT list (t for tutorial).  I suggest buying
books and taking courses.  Or you can hire someone that knows how to
do this kind of stuff.
