Thank you, I have made a note about 65.242.171.0/24 to avoid blocking
it when dealing with UUNET spam customers.  Nearest real spam I have
seen is from [65.243.226.66], listed by Dorkslayers for being used by
Worldreach Corp.  Actually, I find your UUNET environment much better
than your temporary location with Cablevision (we discussed that in
mid-May, "Blocking megacity.org").

I have considered using the IPWHOIS list, but so far I haven't had
enough trouble with bouncing contact addresses to warrant dealing
with all the collateral damage such a move on my part would result
in.  My problem with UUNET is the widespread spamming, not lack of
contact addresses, simply because I don't have the _time_ to contact
them anyway!

If I were to spend a year investigating IPv4 Class A address space,
65.240.0.0/13 would be eligible for about 30 minutes of my time.
With only nine e-mail incidents from that address range during the
past year, I'll say your presence makes up for that slight annoyance
several times over.
