As an FYI, by request I have made a logical update to the IPWhois 
policy page, clarifying an existing policy:

"Be aware, it is also entirely possible that a smaller network might be 
included within a larger net (e.g., if 10.0.0.0/8 has bad contact data, 
that network will be listed, including within it everything within 
10.1.0.0/16, even if 10.1.0.0/16 is SWIP'ed/assigned with its own 
contact data.) The inaccuracy on the larger network taints all of its 
child networks."

This is not a policy change, we have always done this. It is simply 
making it more clear the way the existing policy works.
