[RFCI-Discuss] forwarded message from Network Abuse Response Center

Dear Ms. Mork,

I think perhaps you misunderstood the situation. Both your customer
HarvardNet, Inc.'s hostmaster@harvard.net and postmaster@harvard.net are
bouncing, for different reasons. They both have pending RFC-Ignorant
submissions due to two of those bounces at
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/lookup.php?domain=harvard.net

Also, your customer Synthenet's abuse address abuse@synthenet.com is
bouncing and also has a pending abuse submission due to one of those bounces
at http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/lookup.php?domain=synthenet.com

In addition, your algx.net and allegianceinternet.com domains have active
postmaster listings due to bounces at
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/lookup.php?domain=algx.net and
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/lookup.php?domain=allegianceinternet.com

The emails that Mr. Smith was complaining about are the bounces presented
below and in the submissions and listings referenced above.

It appears that some of the bounces are related to over quota situations for
role accounts - please review those quotas with an eye towards raising or
eliminating them, and contact admin@rfc-ignorant.org to have the listings
removed or the submissions rejected.

Thanks and Best Regards, Jeff.
