Clueless, aren't they? I'd sent it to their (harvard.net's) abuse address
because it concerned a lack of functional abuse addresses at an ISP receiving
connectivity from them (synthenet.com), and postmaster@harvard.net had
_also_ bounced. Most or all of harvard.net also seems to be
ipwhois-listable, incidentally.
