Never mind; I just received an apology from Mr. Garnier; he'd sent the
message to me in error when it was meant to go to someone else, and has no
problem with the blacklisting nominations I'd sent (hostingtycoon.com no
longer has a nonsense WHOIS record, incidentally). I'm still trying to
figure out about the rest of this...
