I can guarantee you that you won't get to talk to their NOC, mainly
because I doubt anyone on this list can come up with a good reason to
talk to their NOC (and that's NOT the number for the Yahoo NOC. I know
the # for the Yahoo NOC, and that ain't it. *grin*)
That said, I'm not sure customer service could GET you to the NOC
(although the YNOC is in the company directory online on their
intranet, so maybe they could).
But nothing says the contact # has to get you to the NOC, either. It
has to get you to a person claiming to be responsible for the network,
which customer care can do (they can take your message, open a ticket,
etc. etc.)
Nothing guarantees CLUE at the other end of the phone, only a voice.
