Whoa whoa whoa. You're jumping the gun. The entire WHOIS record DOES 
have a snailmail address for the organization, and then has phone and 
e-mail contact info for individuals/roles.

What was at question was to CALL the number, listen to the IVR at that 
number, and determine if that "counts".
