The message "relaying denied" is considered sufficient evidence for listing
under postmaster, dsn, and (if an appropriate domain) abuse. I frequently
submit all three at the same time when I spot something like this. It is
appropriate to do notifications based on both the MX host (e.g., based on
its IP address using WHOIS, based on its domain name for postmaster and
WHOIS, etcetera) and the nameservers for the MX records - the latter is
because these nameservers may be the ones with the problem, namely pointing
to the wrong host; however, if these are spammers, that is IMO a valid
reason to avoid direct contact with them (their ISP is another matter).
