[RFCI-Discuss] ipwhois: ARIN's nonexistent postal addresses

As each day goes by, I wonder more and more if the registries 
themselves are setting out to have the whois zone be "*." and the 
ipwhois zone be "0.0.0.0/0".

Under the current ARIN doctrine, it would certainly appear that we'd be 
forced to list nearly all ARIN address space. (Unless OrgAddress is 
optional... can anyone cite examples of ARIN space that *does* have 
snailmail addressing associated with it? I couldn't find any in my 
random poking about).
