In this particular case, I suggest you block them and then start to read the
22,200 references to spamazon.com at

In the general case, I don't think we have an rfci list that covers RFC2635
/ FYI0035 "DON'T SPEW A Set of Guidelines for Mass Unsolicited Mailings and
Postings (spam*)".
One could make an argument that using the null sender <> for a message that
is not a "undeliverable mail" notification message is not a valid use of
SMTP because it's not covered by any SMTP spec.
