At present this is not an option, mainly because on the submission form 
you could put anyone's address and they'd get all the notifications, 
etc., and it doesn't make much sense to only allow notification on 
entries submitted by e-mail.

I'm open to suggestions on it (I'd start looking at it after I finished 
the "request autoremoval" project), but that [to me] is the biggest 
stumbling block.
